Negotiations

Robin can negotiate directly on your behalf or she can serve as an unseen advisor, providing strategic negotiating advice while you conduct the negotiation yourself. She will help you to consider what can go wrong and make an effort to reduce that likelihood through the terms of the agreement while also helping you to strike the deal that you seek.

We are all experienced negotiators in some environments. Anyone who has ever bought a car has had the option of negotiating yet about a third of car buyers hate negotiating so much that they will pay the sticker price. We negotiate with friends about our leisure activities, relatives about where to spend the holidays and children about everything. Business partners negotiate their internal operating agreements, how much money to spend on a given item, event or project and numerous other issues.

When the negotiation involves one or more business and/or legal issues, it is wise to consult a lawyer for advice. When a dispute over the agreement could end up in court, or perhaps the goal is to avoid going to court, consulting a lawyer could save you or your business time and money down the road.

Whether you need negotiating advice or wish to retain Robin as your negotiator, please give her a call to discuss your options.
